Well I've finished all the tags for my friend's Xmas gift (she asked for a bunch of Xmas tags as her gift) so have a few more to share. In the end it was a mix of cleaning out the stash and stamping and paper piecing.
The first ones use a stitched frame from Lil' Inker Designs and stamps from a There She Goes stamps set called Warmest Wishes. I coloured the images with Copic markers and added some bakers twine from the Twinery. There are more images from that set so I may add a couple more to the gift package.
The next set are cut using a Sizzix tag die and the small inset die from Crafty Cutts for the window and Bazzill cardstock. I used a Memory Box die Country Landscape and some little wooden stars Corina gave me, coloured with Distress Ink markers. Then some little bells and sparkle thread from my stash and I love how they turned out.
The next ones are using bits and pieces from my stash :-) The tags are something I picked up at a craft sale years ago. For the first one I added some lace and a poinsetta left over from my Christmas card frenzy from two years ago (I made 80 poinsettas as the focal point for my cards). The second uses a glitter self-adhesive border from We Are Memory Keepers (something I bought online and was suprised to see how large it was when it arrived - but it works here).
I have to admit these next ones are using my stash. The gorgeous stamped images are Lockhart designs and were little 'thank yous' when I placed an order with Ellen Hutson. I always keep them and use them for quick cards. This time I cut out the snow globes and mounted them on some little Maya Road envelopes and added a ribbon to the tag that comes with the envelopes. Very simple for me but used up more of my stash which made me happy! LOL!! Thanks for looking!
